Coin Lifts

We have a range of coin lifts and accessories that can be adapted and configured to best suit your business. Their basic aim is to transport large volumes of loose coins into a counter, sorter or packaging machine. They are constructed so that they are easy to maintain, service and move - and of course with the operators' personal safety in mind.

Coin Lifts

The lifts are equipped with sensors that tell the machine to stop in the instance that someone reaches for a coin while in operation. Transparent plastic covers help prevent coins from falling off the lift, and also to facilitate supervision. The coin lifts can also be configured to start automatically when the coin counter or sorter is started - all to facilitate your coin handling.

Single Point Feeding System

The single point feeding system is used for transporting coins from one inlet to several optional outlets. Instead of manually distributing coins to several packaging units, the single point feeding system is an efficient and comfortable automated solution for smart cash management. Also, the small distance between the different outlets makes it possible to supply coins to wrapping machines, sachet machines or other cash solutions for complete coin processing.

Single Point Feeding System

This type of solution is normally used with a vibrating hopper for continuous operation. Additionally, other types of equipment within this range includes covers, that are used to reduce noise, dust and coin spillage.

Distribution Conveyors

Distribution conveyors improve feeding and distribution when handling loose coins. They can be configured to feed and distribute loose coins from one infeed point to two outfeed positions.

Distribution Conveyors

The coin lift feeds coins up and into the distribution conveyor, the coins are then distributed to two positions, where coin packaging or verifying equipment can be placed at each position.

All outfeed positions have sensors or signal inputs, and the coin distribution works fully automatically. If all outfeed positions are full, the distribution conveyor and the coin lift will stop automatically, and then start as soon as one or more positions need coins again.

Coin Roll Lifts

The coin roll lifts are designed to receive coin rolls from either one or two coin wrappers. As with all other SCAN COIN equipment they are designed with the operator's personal safety in mind, and to meet your high demands on quality.

Coin Roll Lifts

For personal safety the machine stops automatically if the operator tries to catch a coin roll while the machine is running, additionally, an extra function is available for the operator to start / stop the machine from a remote position (for example, from the packaging table).
